Sayo Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Sayo together with the policies and notices they reference. Mandatory consumer and privacy protections continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be waived.
1. Eligibility
The Service is offered only where we have enabled access. Users in the United States must be at least 18; users in Korea must be at least 19. We may use reasonable age and location checks and reject an account that does not meet the applicable rule.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected misuse. You may not share, sell, or transfer an account, and you are responsible for activity authorized through your account until you notify us of compromise.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service unlawfully; evade safeguards or access controls; probe or disrupt systems; automate access beyond published limits; extract models, prompts, datasets, or source material; impersonate another person; or infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
4. Service scope
Sayo provides research, organization, and AI-assisted information tools. Features that could produce jurisdiction-sensitive investment responses remain controlled by server-side release switches: Korea [UNRESOLVED:features.kr_investment_responses] and United States [UNRESOLVED:features.us_investment_responses]. A screen label or disclaimer does not activate a blocked capability.
5. User content and limited processing permission
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant [UNRESOLVED:operator.legal_name] only the limited permission needed to transmit, store, process, display, secure, and delete that content to provide the Service and follow your instructions. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject only to verified backup and legal-retention boundaries disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
6. No training or general product improvement
We do not use chats, prompts, responses, notes, attachments, tool inputs or outputs, cited extracts, or derived content to train models, build general evaluation datasets, target advertising, or conduct general product improvement. Feedback sent through a separately labeled feedback channel may be used only within the notice presented with that channel.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, software, design, and Sayo-provided materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of Sayo technology or third-party data.
8. Availability and changes to the Service
We may maintain, secure, test, modify, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. For a material reduction in a paid service, we will provide the notice or remedy required by applicable law and the Paid Services Policy.
9. Suspension
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, prevent unpaid use, or enforce these Terms. When practicable and lawful, we will state the reason and available review path.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may terminate for material or repeated breach, legal necessity, or a discontinued service, subject to required notice and nonwaivable refund or data rights. Clauses that by nature must survive, such as ownership and accrued payment obligations, remain effective.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including mandatory Korean or U.S. state consumer protections. If these Terms conflict with a nonwaivable right, that right controls to the extent of the conflict.
12. Risk allocation and liability
The Service may contain delays, omissions, model errors, or third-party data errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, remedies and liability will be limited fairly and in light of the service purchased; no limitation applies where law prohibits it, including for liability that cannot be excluded.
13. Disputes and governing rules
These Terms do not impose arbitration, waive class procedures, or select an exclusive forum. Governing law, venue, and available procedures remain subject to the mandatory rules that apply where you live. Contact us first at [UNRESOLVED:contacts.support.email] so we can try to resolve the issue, without delaying any statutory deadline.
14. Changes to these Terms
We will issue a new immutable version for every change. Material changes will be described in plain language, announced with legally sufficient advance notice, and presented for renewed consent when required. Continued use will not be treated as consent where affirmative consent is legally required.
15. Contact
The contracting operator and public contact details are release facts. Operator: [UNRESOLVED:operator.legal_name]. Support: [UNRESOLVED:contacts.support.email]. If either fact is unresolved, signup and production publication remain blocked.
