Sayo Investment-Information Features and Risk Notice

This notice describes feature controls and practical risks. It does not determine Sayo's regulatory classification.

1. Approved capabilities

Sayo may organize sources, summarize disclosed information, and provide research tools only within the capability approved for the user's location. General AI requests are separately controlled by [UNRESOLVED:features.ai_requests].

2. Blocked capabilities

Investment-response capabilities are disabled on the server until the relevant legal classification and approval evidence is verified. Current switches are Korea [UNRESOLVED:features.kr_investment_responses] and United States [UNRESOLVED:features.us_investment_responses]; approval records are [UNRESOLVED:regulatory.kr_investment.approval] and [UNRESOLVED:regulatory.us_investment.approval]. While blocked, the service must not generate personalized buy, sell, or hold directions, price targets, quantities, allocations, transaction timing, recurring action alerts, or order-routing connections. A disclaimer cannot override these controls.

3. Data limitations

Market, company, filing, news, and third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, revised, mistranscribed, or mapped to the wrong security. Verify important facts against the original source and current market information.

4. AI limitations

AI output can omit context, fabricate details or citations, misread tables, and remain confidently wrong. Treat it as a research aid, not as a substitute for checking source documents and your own assumptions.

5. Market risk

Investing can result in partial or total loss. Prices, liquidity, taxes, currency, leverage, corporate actions, and market conditions can change rapidly; past results and simulations do not guarantee future outcomes.

6. Sources and as-of times

Each report should identify material sources and its as-of time. Later events may make a report stale, and a displayed update time does not prove that every underlying source was refreshed.

7. Conflicts and compensation

Any material sponsorship, affiliate payment, position, data-provider relationship, or other conflict must be disclosed near the affected content. Sayo currently does not place advertising; a future commercial relationship requires separate review and disclosure.

8. Professional help

Consider a properly licensed professional for advice tailored to your finances, taxes, law, or regulated obligations. Confirm the person's license, duties, fees, and conflicts independently.

9. Reports and corrections

Report suspected errors, unsafe output, or undisclosed conflicts to [UNRESOLVED:contacts.support.email]. We may correct or withdraw content and preserve an audit record; a correction does not erase risks from decisions already made.
